Antique large tailors scissors as shown in the many photos. They may need sharpening to your liking. Marked PICCO on the front and Foreign Hand Forged. Most likely made in Germany. Previous owner had also scratched the initials KL on the one handle as shown. General marks/paint loss to the black handles all as shown. Approx 34 cm / 13 3/8"
