Offering this rare, vintage, hard to find, original die stamp which would have been used to make silver travel charms. I have added some photos of the charms on a random metal die stamp and to show you the charms they once made from these amazing vintage stamps, Charms are NOT included in the sale only 1 x die stamp.

Forres is a town and former royal burgh in the north of Scotland on the Moray coast, approximately 25 miles northeast of Inverness and 12 miles west of Elgin.
We only have one of each design. The design is backwards as shown in close ups and it was used to emboss the metal/silver making the charms. Made from heavy solid metal, which weighs approx 1kg before any packing. These were from a factory in Birmingham, England, which was closed down many years ago.
This stamp measures approx 2 7/8 " / just over 7 cm in height. They all have their original painted reference numbers from the factory on one side as shown. All have had a light wax. Ideal display piece or paperweight.
